At Mental Truckers, we want to create an environment of like-minded, supportive individuals — a community that reaches right across the trucking world. Our goal is to show that it’s always okay to reach out for support, no matter what you’re going through.

Through this growing community, we want to shine a light on the real mental health challenges that truck drivers face every day — from long hours and isolation to irregular sleep and the constant pressures of the job. These factors can take a toll, leading to higher rates of depression, anxiety, and loneliness compared to the general population.

We’re committed to making a difference. That’s why we’ll be donating 10% of all proceeds directly to selected mental health charities, including Mind to help support the vital work they do.

HGV1 Radio was created for the people who keep the UK moving. Built specifically for truck drivers and the haulage industry, the station launched in March 2024 to bring music, travel updates, transport news and real stories from the road into one dedicated home for the industry. Broadcasting 24/7, HGV1 is supported by Truckfest and is an official media partner of Road Transport Expo, giving it a visible role both on air and at major UK industry events.

With over 14 years of professional photography experience, Nikki has dedicated the last five years to specialising in the transport and haulage sector. During this time, she has travelled across the UK, spending countless hours on the road with drivers, visiting depots and yards, and building strong relationships with businesses across a wide range of industry sectors.

Her desire to gain genuine industry insight has also seen her attend truck shows and industry events, ensuring she stays up to date with the latest developments, innovations, and news from across the sector.

Only Way is Trucking didn't start as brand - it started as a page. A place to share truck photos from all over the world where drivers and enthusiasts could come together to admire the trucks that keep everything moving.

What began as a hobby soon grew into something bigger. With every picture posted, the community grew stronger. And so did the ideas: to create clothing and gear that celebrates the trucking lifestyle every day, on and off the road.
